Within 5 minutes I got a call from a representative at Nana saying that she would take my card over the phone. I texted the technician, he said he was planning to come out and could take my card at that time. I forgot about that then I got a text from them to schedule service, I did, but again they wanted payment so I called and after waiting 15 minutes on hold twice, I replied back to their e-mail and explained I have tried to pay and their systems dont work. I went to their website on my smartphone, it would not take a card,I went to their site on a PC, it would not take a card. I was going to pay, so I called their 800 number and left a message, they never bothered to return the call.
nanna.io wanted the whole amount upfront. In the past I have been charged for parts first, or a small amount up front. He said he would order the part ($38 accordfing to the invoice) and be back the following week.
He gave me a cost to replace the LG Dishwasher latch of $350.52. The technicial actually appeared to know what he needed to do to fix my dishwasher, he was polite and explained the issue. They offered times that were good for me because I work days. I found nana.io online after trying to get my dishwasher fixed.
